"Having Rachel Thomas on board was excellent. We have since bored our family and friends with our repeated praise of her and how lucky we felt we were to have come across the Tignesie Tots company. Maddie & Max did not bat an eyelid about being left with Rachel for the first time (having had an introductory hour with us around), and by day two there were hugs aplenty on her arrival and departure. We find that looking after an 18 month old and 30 month old challenging at the best of times (often giving ourselves a pat on the back just for getting everyone out of the house on time with clean faces and the right shoes!), so we were incredibly impressed by the way Rachel coped single-handedly with the two of them providing entertainment, excursions and food. We booked full-time care to give us the flexibility to come & go as we wished without forward planning, which worked brilliantly. Most importantly, the children had a great holiday - and thus, so did we…"
